Roman A. Porsche

Roman A. Porsche is an Associate at Parkins & Rubio LLP, where he focuses on corporate bankruptcy and restructuring matters. Roman began his legal career as a signing attorney at a Houston-based bankruptcy practice, where he represented clients in high-volume consumer cases and developed a reputation for precision and client advocacy. He also supported large-scale commercial litigation and regulatory matters through document review projects, strengthening his command of discovery and federal procedure.

Roman earned his J.D., cum laude, from Thurgood Marshall School of Law, where he founded the school’s first Toastmasters chapter and received the CALI Award in Mergers & Acquisitions. He holds a B.S. from Appalachian State University. A first-generation attorney, Roman is licensed to practice in Texas and admitted to all four federal bankruptcy districts in the state.
