Jacob T. Towles

Jacob Towles is an Associate in the Houston office of Parkins & Rubio, where he represents clients in complex corporate restructuring and bankruptcy matters. His practice focuses on advising large and mid-sized corporations, bondholders, indenture trustees, boards of directors, asset purchasers, Chapter 11 plan sponsors, secured lenders, special servicers, institutional investors, equity interest holders, liquidating trustees, and creditors’ committees in financial restructurings, workouts, litigation, appeals, and out-of-court restructurings throughout the United States.

Jacob represents clients across a wide range of industries and sectors, including energy, natural resources, distressed debt and equity acquisitions, rescue financing, aviation, oil and gas, private equity, real estate and real estate finance, hospitality, and healthcare.

Prior to joining Parkins & Rubio, Jacob was a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency practice groups at K&L Gates LLP, where he advised clients on corporate transactions and restructuring matters across a various industries.
