About Our Firm

Our law firm is a business bankruptcy boutique. The partners of the firm are seasoned corporate bankruptcy lawyers and aspire to build a preeminent and formidable bankruptcy practice to represent our clients. We are in the business of giving our clients cutting edge, efficient legal representation and will work to build strong and lasting relationships with our clients.

Each of the founding partners of the Firm is enthusiastic about the practice of law and has devoted their entire careers to the practice of restructuring and bankruptcy law.

Offices

Our Firm has offices in Houston, Texas and New York, New York. Having offices in these two hub cities, one in the Southern District of Texas and the other in the Southern District of New York, two of the busiest bankruptcy venues in the country, will enable us to easily handle matters for clients throughout Texas, New York, and other venues, including Wilmington, Delaware.

Our partners are bankruptcy litigators with substantial trial experience and have successfully first-chaired the trials of numerous adversary proceedings and contested matters in bankruptcy courts throughout the country. As is often the case, the ability to create a credible threat of successful litigation, through trial and appeal, against our clients’ adversaries allows us to maximize negotiated results for our clients.

We have represented clients throughout the country in both complex out-of-court and in-court matters. This includes representing clients in the entire spectrum of negotiation, documentation, and implementation of complex business transactions. Our clients have included debtors, trustees, secured and unsecured lenders, hedge funds, private equity funds, executory contract parties, plan proponents and sponsors, debtor in possession (DIP) lenders, parties to pre-packed and pre-negotiated plans of reorganization or liquidation; as well as parties to contested chapter 11 plans of reorganization, creditor committees, boards of directors, their individual members and special committees, and other parties in interest in bankruptcy cases.
