Jacob T. Towles

Jacob Towles is an Associate in the Houston office of Parkins & Rubio LLP. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and general corporate and finance matters. He advises mid-sized and large companies in the United States and internationally on structuring transactions, managing risk, and advancing strategic business objectives.

Jacob advises clients throughout the business lifecycle, from formation and early-stage investment through growth, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring. His experience includes guiding entrepreneurs through entity formation, counseling management teams and investors on capital raises, and representing established companies in complex reorganizations, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

He has represented clients across a range of industries, including energy, natural resources, aviation, real estate, healthcare, private equity, hospitality, and wine and spirits, as well as in distressed debt and equity acquisitions and rescue financings.

Prior to joining Parkins & Rubio, Jacob was a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency practice groups at K&L Gates LLP, where he advised clients on corporate transactions and restructuring matters across a variety of industries.
