
Mr. Bourda focuses his practice on guiding debtors, creditors, and various other parties through all types of bankruptcy and corporate restructuring matters. His experience has included work in several industry sectors, ranging from oil and gas, commercial real estate, food and restaurant, and banking. During his career, Mr. Bourda had the privilege to serving as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jeff Bohm on the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. His background and experience give him the tools to support his clients and meet their needs. Mr. Bourda is also active in various organizations, including the Houston Association of Young Bankruptcy Lawyers (HAYBL) and the Houston chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA).
