Mr. Neilson has broad experience representing debtors, creditors, and trustees in bankruptcy proceedings. Utilizing an analytical and pragmatic approach to problem-solving, he provides tailored and practical solutions for his clients.

Prior to entering practice, Mr. Neilson served as a judicial law clerk to The Honorable Christopher M. Lopez on the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas and as a judicial intern for The Honorable Katharine M. Samson on the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.
